How Ringer Works

Ringer’s Carrier Solution ensures that only legitimate calls get through.

A typical call flow:

  1. An Enterprise makes an outbound call
  2. The Originating Service Provider retrieves the vetted Enterprise information
  3. The Originating Service Provider connects that call to the PSTN
    1. Attaching the signed, vetted Enterprise information
  4. The call is forwarded to the Mobile Operator
  5. The Mobile Operator verifies the signature on the attached call information and fetches any needed caller data
  6. The call and the Enterprise’s data is delivered to the Consumer’s mobile phone
    1. Enterprise call information is displayed along with the Verified Call Indicator
